我需要一个强大的硬盘/移动硬盘搜索工具

我电脑上的文件很乱，经常找不到以前存储的文件，于是我一直在找一个好用的文件管理工具，能查找我的文件，常见的格式能全文检索，可以给文件写注释，可以检索注释就可以了，当然还要支持移动硬盘，也就是有便携版，支持移动硬盘的检索。

如果有这样的软件请推荐，我的心理价位是500元

顺便说一句，貌似谷歌百度很强大，其实是傻帽，个人电脑上的知识永远超过互联网
